Fransa-Ulusal-Ajansı tarafından "YP & PM : Young people and policy makers, let's meet!" isimli irtibat kurma semineri 10-14 Mart 2010 'da Vernon (Normandie), Fransa'da düzenlenecektir. Son başvuru tarihi 1 Şubat 2010'dur. Eğitim dili İngilizce'dir. İrtibat Kurma Semineri esnasında çevirmenlik hizmeti verilmemektedir.Tüzel kişiliği olan ve kar amacı gütmeyen sivil toplum kuruluşları, yerel/bölgesel düzeyde görev yapan ve gençlik politikalarıyla ilgilenen kamu kuruluşları adına başvuru yapılabilir. Bir kuruluştan en fazla 1 kişiye destek verilecektir.
Türkiye'den toplam olarak 2 kişi irtibat kurma seminerine katılım sağlayabilecektir. Başvuruları kabul edilenlerin yeme-içme, konaklama masrafları Fransa Ulusal Ajansı tarafından karşılanacaktır. Ekonomik sınıf yolculuk masrafları, seyahat sigortası ücreti, yurt dışı çıkış harcı ücreti ve vize masrafları Merkez Başkanlığımız tarafından karşılanacaktır.Değerlendirme, başvuru formları üzerinden yapıldığından, başvuru formunuzu açık, anlaşılır ve net olarak doldurduğunuzdan ve sizi, bu etkinliğe katılımınızla ilgili motivasyonunuzu, somut hedeflerinizi en iyi şekilde aktardığınızdan emin olunuz.

Background
Since 2007, two news priorities were fixed by European Commission for “Youth in Action” Program: European citizenship and Participation of young people and 2 new actions were created: “Youth Democracy Projects” (1.3) and ““Meetings of young people and policy makers (5.1).The main goal of these actions is to develop good practices in the fields of youth and participation and to enhance a dialog between young people and policy makers.
Two seminars have taken place in France regarding the actions 1.3 and 5.1:
• in 2007 a lunch seminar for French organisations
• in 2008 a seminar on qualities’ topics with French beneficiaries
This time, French National agency decided to invite European organisations for a contact making seminar. This event is co-organized with Participation SALTO Centre.
Aims
• to have an information about the objectives and formats of these actions
• to reflect on specific topics of these actions
• to meet the European partners
• to permit the creation of networks and co operations
• to permit an implementation of new projects
• to have an information about European resources on participation topic
Dates
1 February 2010 – deadline for application forms
10 February 2010 – NA’s final selection
10th – 14th of March in VERNON (1 hour from Paris) in FRANCE
Profile of participants:
• experienced in the Youth field and familiar with this topic
• interested in participation of young people and youth policy topics
• motivated to undergo seminar and able to attend for its full duration
• able to communicate in English

| Costs |
Hosting costs (programme, accomodation and food) are covered by French National Agency. Travel costs can be covered by sending National Agency of selected participants (to be checked with your NA before applying). |
