Where is the International Relations Office located and what are the working hours?
Our office is located on A Block, floor -1, next the the Registrar's Office. Working hours are 09.00-12.00 in the morning and 13.00-17.00 in the afternoon.
What are the conditions for attending exchange programs?
The conditions and requirements of each exchange program may change depending on the general rules of the program and the agreement between the partner universities. However, as a general rule, in order to attend exchange programs, you are expected to have a GPA of 2.50 and higher. The required GPA might change for different programs.
What is the language of instuction in exchange programs?
While most universities abroad provide education in their own languages, the number of programs offered in English have increased due to the impact of globalization and internationalization. Students attending exchange programs are expected to have sufficient level of English in order to complete their exchange semesters successfully. The language requirement for eaxh program and necessary exams if any, are announced.
Does the International Relations Office carry out master and phd applications of graduating students?
Applications for master and phd programs are very detailed processes which should be handled by the student in person. the IRO cannot apply on behalf of the student, however provides consultancy and support. The IRO announces relevant program news and scholarship opportunities on our website and announcement boards.
May I transfer to another university via IRO?
The aim of our office if to help students to develop personally and academically via exchange programs and come back. Transfers to other universities are totally evaluated by the university the student wishes to transfer, on a case by case basis.

The IRO does not have an official connection with education abroad consultancy firms.
