Nadir Fırat described his thoughts and opinions about being an exchnange student in South Korea as such: "I believe that every student should go experience this. I would like to offer mu sincere thanks to my university for giving me this chance. Before I came here, I did not know much about Korean people and culture, but after my arrival, I had the chance to get to know the culture and meet with exchange students from 20 different countries. Being here will give me a very important advantage in my future teaching career, since I have the opportunity to observe the education system in a different country, get lectures from Korean, American and German teachers and the methods used in English language teaching.
